HIV Care
HIV/AIDS continues to be a devastating and lethal disease in our community. People of color are disproportionately affected. Our HIV Primary Care and HIV Education, Screening and Outreach efforts support those who are high risk, HIV positive, or family members of those living with HIV/AIDS.
We offer the following services:
HIV Screening
Primary Health Care
Emotional Support
Health Education
Case Management
HIV Outreach
Our HIV Primary Care services include routine and specialty care for individuals who are HIV positive and their families. Nutrition assessment and counseling are also available. We offer support groups, family retreats, individual counseling, psychiatric assessments, and more to address the support needs of clients and their families. In addition, we can help you with insurance issues, housing, Social Security applications, and other needs.
Our HIV Education, Screening and Outreach services include no-charge HIV counseling and testing on site and/or outside our clinics at a prearranged location. We also provide answers to your medical concerns, including medications, sexual health and more. We will also help you with your referrals to other medical appointments. Educational presentations are available upon request.
